Who this policy covers.

This policy describes the current Witch Feywilds game, this website, and support correspondence handled by Ostara. It is updated when those practices change.

The game’s data practices and the website’s hosting are different. A visit to this site sends ordinary web requests to the hosting provider, while optional Apple game services can separately synchronize a journey or share accomplishments.

Your journey, saved locally.

The current game stores progress, inventory, settings and local diagnostic information on your device. Solo play does not require a developer account. The game includes no advertising or third-party analytics SDK, and the developer does not operate a gameplay server. Local saves also include recovery copies and named save points; Game Center practice and submission records can be stored locally.

Ostara does not receive that locally stored data unless you choose to share it for support or beta feedback. Your device backup settings may separately determine whether Apple includes app data in a device backup.

Deleting the app or resetting its journey can remove local progress. Contact support before taking either step if you are trying to recover a save.

Optional journeys through iCloud.

Supported beta builds offer an optional iCloud Journey · preview. If you connect it, Apple’s iCloud service stores and synchronizes a copy of your journey, including saved progress, inventory and settings, using your Apple Account. The game keeps a local account association so that journeys are not silently shared across different Apple Accounts.

When journeys differ, you choose which whole journey to continue. Turning off the feature stops the game’s synchronization; it does not itself erase existing iCloud or local recovery copies. Manage Apple Account and iCloud storage through Apple’s settings. Contact support before deleting saved data if you need recovery help.

The developer has no separate server copy of your iCloud journey. Apple processes iCloud data under iCloud & Privacy.

Game Center accomplishments and trials.

On supported builds, Game Center can connect through your Apple Account. When connected, the game submits completed story achievements and eligible challenge scores to Apple. It uses your Game Center player identifier and display name to associate local records and pending submissions with the correct player.

Your Game Center profile, accomplishments and scores may be visible according to Apple’s Game Center features and your privacy settings. Solo play and local practice remain available without a Game Center connection. Manage your profile and sharing choices in Apple’s Game Center settings.

Visiting this website.

This website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the service, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and request times. Cloudflare may use necessary security mechanisms, including cookies when required by its protections.

The site itself does not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts, newsletter forms, account registration or tracking cookies. Its artwork, fonts and gameplay video are served from the same site. The map and illustration viewer use a small script served by this site; it does not store your selections or send them to an analytics service. Playing the on-page videos does not load a YouTube embed. Following an external YouTube or Apple link opens that provider’s service and its own privacy practices apply.

Cloudflare’s processing and retention are governed by its service terms and privacy practices. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its role and contact options. We do not promise that hosting operates without technical logs.

When you ask for help.

If you contact support, the developer receives the address you write from, your message, and any attachments you choose to provide. These are used to answer your question, investigate a problem and maintain the related support history.

Support information is not used for advertising or sold. Email and hosting service providers may process it to deliver their services. Send only information relevant to your request.

Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the request and maintain necessary support or legal records. You can ask for deletion or a copy using the contact route below. If a legal obligation requires keeping particular information, that will be explained in the response.

Apple services and beta feedback.

Apple independently handles App Store downloads, purchases and TestFlight. Apple may collect diagnostics or feedback under its own policies and your settings. TestFlight feedback you submit, including screenshots or crash information, may be shared with the developer.

Local game data is controlled on your device. Optional iCloud copies and Game Center information are managed through Apple’s services and settings. For questions about information processed when you visit this website, contact us. We work with our hosting provider where needed. Apple and Cloudflare also process some information under their own policies. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location.

The game has no child-specific account system or in-game personal-information form. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us to request removal.
